Very good value for the money.
I liked everything about the hotel except the place where breakfast was served. It was crowded and uncomfortable and not the same quality as other Japanese hotel breakfasts (I've been in Japan 40 years, so I know these things)

Very basic but satisfactory.
Good location, no frills, budget hotel. All the basics, but nothing more. The pillow was good The coffee was good. They had take-away cups and provided it for free till 10:00 in the lobby With very little sitting to eat breakfast we were allowed to take our breakfast to our rooms
With just one elevator for 12 floors we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator and often rode in pack ones. Very basic breakfast included in price of room. ( no yogurt, no butter, no fruit) very little seating and hard for more than two to sit and eat together.
